Museum of Pell City to Open “You Are a Work of Art” by Penny Arnold PELL CITY, Ala. — The Museum of Pell City will present You Are a Work of Art, a new exhibit by local artist and retired educator Penny Arnold, opening March 5 and continuing through March 28.
