Victor Brown currently serves as the Director of Small Business at the Birmingham Business Alliance (BBA). In this role, he leads initiatives aimed at driving economic prosperity through small business development and inclusive procurement in the Greater Birmingham region.

Victor Brown holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Before his current director role, he held various leadership positions within the alliance, including Vice President of Minority Business and Small Business Development.
