McKinney is an Employment Service Manager\, managing the Pell City Career Center in Pell City\, AL\, and the Oneonta Career Center in Oneonta\, AL\, which is a division of the Alabama Department of Labor. She is a graduate of Alabama State University in Montgomery\, AL\; in which she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management. She has been employed with the State of Alabama for 19 years\, in which 8 years served with the Alabama Department of Labor.\n\n\n\nThe cost of the program is FREE to Chamber Members and $10 for Non-Members.
